As per the game developer, Insomniac Games, the said issue is being looked into which means a fix might arrive in the future.

However, the acknowledgement does not include any ETA for the fix which is why the game developer has provided players with an easy workaround.

Affected players can try loading a backup save file by heading to the main menu and selecting the file select option then Load Game by choosing from available files.

Since the game is quite new, it is only natural for such bugs to occur, but as long as they are being taken care of by the devs.

So, it is good to see that the game developer is already working to fix the said issue and has also provided a workaround until a fix arrives.

Hopefully, Insomniac Games provides players with the said fix soon so that they can enjoy Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart without any hassle.
